Nipun Lakshay

NIPUN (National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy) Lakshya is a program in the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) that aims to strengthen foundational learning in students up to grade 3. The program is a key part of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020

3. Using sound symbol correspondence to write words
4. Conversing and talking about classroom print
5. Reciting songs and poems
6. Reading and narrating stories
7. Writing short sentences
8. Conversing with clarity using suitable vocabulary
